Gentle Elevation
In this outpatient procedure, we introduce several specially designed hreads (made up of synthetic materil called 'prolene') under the skin of the face in strategic locations based on the cosmetic needs, under local anesthesia. These threads have tiny 'cogs' built into their ends. When the tissues heal around the 'cogs', the thread shorten. This shortening results in gentle elevation of the underlying tissues without leaving a scar!

This technique can be used to elevate the eye brows, mid face, the jowls and also the neck. This technique however is not for everyone but gives wonderful results in people who need less than a facelift. Complications are minimal and there is almost no down time!

Combining this procedure with a skin tightening chemical peeol gives great results!
